I had a great time staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and a balcony, and the bathroom was pretty nice. It was a pleasant surprise to have 3 single beds in the room. The service was excellent with car hire, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available, making my stay hassle-free. The location was fantastic, being down the beach area close to the airport and in a quiet area of Playa de Palma. The dining options catered for every taste, and I particularly enjoyed the fried fish. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
